Danielle is running for State Representative, Hillsborough District 2, Bedford

Danielle Evansic is passionate about preserving opportunities for youths to achieve their dreams. As a math, science, and engineering teacher for over 15 years, Danielle has worked with students in public, private, and charter schools to help them develop skills and knowledge that will benefit their future careers.

Since moving to Bedford in 2021 with her husband and three children, Danielle has served on the Bedford Sewer and Water Commission and as an alternate representative for Bedford on the Southern New Hampshire Planning Commission. She is also active in the fight against Food Insecurity, volunteering with the Bedford Food Pantry, preparing meals for the 1269 Café, and manning food drives at Market Basket.

Danielle’s three children attend Bedford’s public schools. They have enjoyed participating in Bedford Recreational programs, Bedford School extracurriculars, Bedford Public Library programs, and many of the activities offered by our vibrant community.

AFFILIATIONS

Danielle is the Chartered Organization Representative for Cub Scout Pack 511 at St. Elizabeth Seton, where she is also an active member of the Women’s Guild and volunteers to host Coffee and Donuts regularly.

She is a member of the Bedford Lions Club, and helps with the plastic bag sorting at the Transfer Station regularly.

She holds a Bachelor’s of Civil and Environmental Engineering from Penn State and an MBA from Cornell. She chose to pivot to a career that gave her a little more flexibility in order to be available to her special needs daughter. With over 20 years of experience advocating for her daughter’s needs, she is well aware of the challenges for parents of all children to provide for their health and emotional well-being.
